Pathways Housing First Institute in partnership with Bundesverband Housing First are pleased to announce the inaugural European Housing First Partners Conference. The conference will be held in Berlin, Germany, 6/7 November 2025. We seek to bring together many attendees, including: social service, health, mental health, substance use treatment providers; people with lived experience; housing providers, housing specialists, and property managers; researchers; policymakers; funders; representatives from the local business community; representatives from municipal, state, and federal government; members of faith communities; students and interns; and others just interested in learning about Housing First.
European HFPC 2025 aims to foster a collaborative learning environment that highlights innovation and best practices in Housing First programs and inspires action, collaboration, and advocacy among conference participants. The conference will feature Housing First programs from nations throughout Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.
The Conference, modelled after the highly successful Housing First Partners Conferences in the United States, will provide a vital platform for knowledge exchange, dialogue, and debate among stakeholders seeking collaborative approaches to expand and deepen service delivery and housing provision across Europe.
